I’m a Rapid PSI customer, what does this mean for me?
It is our goal at GoEngineer to improve your customer experience. You can expect to work with the same amazing Rapid PSI team you know and trust, now with even more resources and support.
GoEngineer offers a toll-free technical support hotline for additive manufacturing available from 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Central Time 1-855-470-0647.
In addition, GoEngineer operates multiple training/support centers for use by your remote employees, contractors, partners, or other divisions of your company.
Orders for materials, consumables, and other Stratasys or UltiMaker/MakerBot-related products will now be processed directly with the GoEngineer customer service team.

If you're a current Rapid PSI customer, consult your normal team member.
What about accounting and contact records?
GoEngineer will begin working with you to update all records to reflect the new name and tax information.
Will I still be served by the same location and team?
Yes, you will continue to be served by Rapid PSI location and team members as well as opening up access to additional GoEngineer products, services, and resources.
